Stretch of Highway 59 near Albany closed due to crash, authorities say May 10, 2021 7:19 AM Logan Rude ALBANY, Wis. — All lanes of Highway 59 between County Highway E and State Highway 104 are closed because of a crash. Officials with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation said Monday morning the crash happened around 6:30 a.m. The closure is expected to last roughly two hours. To avoid the area, drivers headed westbound should travel north on State Highway 104 to County Highway C, head west to County Highway E then head south back to State Highway 59. Drivers headed eastbound should do the reverse. The Green County Sheriff’s Office is responding to the scene.
