This service works to inform students about financial aid or scholarship options available to assist incoming or current students as they plan to afford their student account balance. To do this, they send students and their families informative communications, to proactively educate on key financial aid concepts and deadlines, provide informative student account statements, and reminders about overdue balances, and options for payment.
