A Sudbury man who used a paintball gun to rob a fast-food restaurant will likely be sentenced in late June.
Wolfgang Fellbaum, 36, pleaded guilty in the Ontario Court of Justice on Wednesday via Zoom link to an amended charge of use of a firearm – a paintball gun – to rob a man and did use violence.
