(Will Waldron/Times Union)Will Waldron/Albany Times Union ALBANY — State University of New York college campuses will be provided directly with allocations of COVID-19 vaccines to inoculate students, faculty and staff against the virus, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo said Monday. Cuomo made the announcement at an event at Suffolk County Community College in Brentwood. Although state officials, a county executive and leadership from the college were present, members of the press were allowed to attend. Cuomo has not answered questions in-person from the media in months as he faces multiple scandals alleging personal and professional misconduct. His office said he planned to deliver a coronavirus update later in the day where he would answer questions, presumably via a Zoom or conference call.
