Superintendent Dan Leffingwell's resignation accepted by school board CALDWELL, Ohio – The Noble Local Board of Education accepted the resignation for the purpose of retirement of Superintendent Dan Leffingwell at their regular meeting Wednesday evening, April 14. The retirement is effective July 31, 2021; However, don’t expect Leffingwell to be going anywhere. It it the intention of the board to rehire him as superintendent when his retirement begins. A public meeting on the subject of rehiring Leffingwell is scheduled for July 15 in the media room at Shenandoah High School. During his presentation, Leffingwell gave the board updates on Phase IV reconstruction and the Green Acre farm at Shenandoah High School. “This is the final phase of improvements at the high school,” Leffingwell stated. “New improvements will include those a the new vo-ag farm which we consider a great success.”
