Dublin, OH — Dublin Police officers responded at approximately 5:30 a.m. Dec. 28 to the report of a fight between two acquaintances at 6340 Kendall Ridge Boulevard. Responding officers located the victim, Seth Hadala, 40, inside his residence where he was pronounced deceased, despite life-saving measures by medical personnel. The suspect, William Finnegan, 41 of Johnstown, remained at the scene and was taken into custody without incident. Based on the investigation, Finnegan has been charged with murder. The Dublin Police Detective Bureau, with assistance from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, continues to investigate this incident.
