Summary/objective The cellar person will support our pilot brewery, laboratory, and production team in day-to-day operations in our 5BBL production facility. A significant part of this position will involve cleaning, preparing fermentation equipment, operating sanitizing equipment, and quality assurance. Functions ? Clean (CIP) and sanitize fermentation vessels, brewhouse, tank exteriors, and warehouse facility ? Take lab samples ? Attention to detail during repetitive tasks ? Multitask while continuing a high standard of quality work ? Operate a forklift in a busy environment ? Load/unload delivery trucks with ingredients, equipment, and finished product ? Assist with keeping the cellar clean and organized ? Focus on quality, safety, and efficiency Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
