Swaffham man 'snapped' in row over neighbour's bin, court told

A neighbour putting his bin out early one morning led to a court appearance for a Swaffham man.
Aaron Barnham, who was living in a van behind his mother’s home in Ash Close, was upset as contents of the bin fell out as Andrew Richardson went by at 6.30am.
Barnham, 52, slid open the vehicle’s door and immediately started verbally abusing him.

“The victim then left as he didn’t want to be subjected to such abuse,” prosecutor Adam Warn told Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
