KUALA LUMPUR: Police spent almost three hours quizzing Muar MP Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman over a video he posted on Instagram.
Bukit Aman CID deputy director Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Azman Ahmad Sapri said police took a statement from the former Youth and Sports minister at Dang Wangi police headquarters at around 10am on Saturday (May 22).
"He was asked to assist investigations involving a 57-second video clip titled #JusticeforGanapathy which was posted on his Instagram account.
"We seized an iPhone 11 Pro Max and a SIM card," he said, adding that the case was being investigated for causing fear or public anxiousness and misuse of networks or networking services.
