"At least we now have a plan" - Scottish hospitality reacts with relief to lockdown roadmap Hospitality businesses in Scotland say they are relieved to finally have indicative reopening dates, but remain frustrated about the level of operating restrictions they will face as they unlock. Yesterday (16 March), First Minister Nicola Sturgeon set out Scotland's roadmap out of lockdown, which will see restrictions on both indoor and outdoor hospitality settings begin to ease on 26 April. On that date the country will return to a regional system of restrictions, with all parts of the country expected be able to move to Level 3 - the second-highest level on the country’s five-stage scale.
