Tasmania buggy crash: Thomas Rowlands jailed for killing fri

The man accused of killing one of his mates after the buggy he was driving on an 'alcohol-fuelled joyride' flipped and crashed into a tree stump has been jailed with friends and family paying tribute to the teen.
