Teenager Ryan Mountford has been jailed and made the subject of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) after he took police on a high speed chase.
The 18-year-old drove a Citroen C4 at up to 70mph through built up areas as he tried to give police the slip - less than three weeks after he was banned from the roads.
