Teenager, 19, who killed two friends and seriously injured a third when he crashed his car while driving at more than double the speed limit just three months after passing his test is jailed for six years

Owain Hammett-George, who was 17 at the time, from Birchgrove, Swansea, was jailed after admitting causing death by dangerous driving, and of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
