Queensland’s main public sector union said some public service managers are intimidating public servants to return to their city offices.
The Together union writes on the Facebook page some public services bosses are threatening to cancel flexible working arrangements.
The Queensland government rejects claims public servants are being coerced to return to work or that flexible work arrangements are being cancelled.
Tense negotiations are under way between Queensland’s main public sector union and the Queensland government as ‘back to work’ talks look at restricting some flexible work arrangements.
