This webinar will introduce the 4P Framework for Personal Leadership Effectiveness, which is intended to provide participants with a clear model to engage in difficult leadership and negotiation situations more effectively. The 4P framework is a set of four domains of personal effectiveness, which are: Perception, Process, People, and Projection. The 4Ps are built on academic literature and incorporate scholarly and practitioner frameworks, which will enhance participants’ awareness of important dynamics and challenges in a wide range of leadership situations.
