The development team behind The Wharf, Hoffman-Madison Waterfront, announced Monday it signed The Atlantic to occupy the top two floors of 610 Water St. SW, part of the development's under-construction Phase 2. The company plans to relocate in 2022 from its current headquarters at 600 New Hampshire Ave. NW, part of the Watergate complex, to a 35K SF space in the new building, a Hoffman-Madison spokesperson told
