Published July 12. 2021 12:01AM Soundtracked by Gordon Lightfoot singing, "That's what you get for lovin' me. Everything you had is gone," "Trump Organization CFO surrenders ahead of expected charges," (July 1). This makes for quite an impressive Trump associate collection: 1) Michael Cohen, personal lawyer and fixer sentenced to three prison years for campaign finance violations in service to Trump. 2) Paul Manafort, former Trump campaign chairman sentenced to just under four prison years for bank and tax fraud. 3) Rudy Giuliani, Trump's new personal lawyer, barred by New York's Appellate Court from practicing law for his role of lying about Trump's election loss, which fueled the Jan. 6 insurrection and failed government overthrow. And now Allen Weisselberg, longtime Trump Organization CFO, joins this elite crew − with Michael Flynn's pardon preventing his inclusion.
