LFC Foundation are launching four community wellbeing hubs, with one in Birkenhead LFC Foundation is teaming up with a community centre in Birkenhead to launch a wellbeing hub that will provide a range of programmes and support for young people and families in 2021. From January onwards the charity will work together with partner venues across the Merseyside region to deliver a wide range of activities designed to bring communities back together and to improve the general health and wellbeing of local people. The first four hubs, based in The Hive Youth Zone, Birkenhead, The Brunny, Bootle, Northwood Community Centre, Kirkby and The Tiber Centre, Toxteth will offer easy-to-access programmes such as sport activities, social action, volunteering, health and wellbeing, employability and more.
