As we emerge from the challenges that we have all faced in the pandemic we will once again need to face up to the global climate crisis,
writes Erin McDaid of Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust.
Sadly, while attention has understandably drifted away from environmental issues, the issues themselves haven’t gone away.
Across the globe we continue to see the impact that large-scale deforestation has on our planet’s capacity to provide our basic needs of clean air and water, liveable temperatures and a sustainable food supply.
