MONTAGUE — The flooding problem on Montague City Road is likely to be fixed by the end of 2022, now that a major grant to fund the project has been secured.
While the project is not fully funded yet, town officials suggested that a grant to cover the final portion might be more attainable now that about three-quarters of the project is funded by a new grant worth $237,000 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
