Third arrest made in shooting that left a Virginia Beach teenager seriously injured last month Jane Harper, The Virginian-Pilot A third suspect has been charged in the shooting of a Virginia Beach teenager last month following a fender bender on Lynnhaven Parkway, police announced Thursday. Tyrion Logan of Virginia Beach was arrested last week in Youngstown, Ohio, police said in a news release. The 22-year-old had fled there shortly after the Dec. 3 shooting on Lynnhaven Parkway, the release said. Logan is charged with aggravated malicious wounding and using a firearm in the commission of a felony. He will be extradited to Virginia Beach to face the charges.
