Last evening, the first 10 members of the third ANZMAT deployment – Charlie – arrived in Nadi.
ANZMAT Charlie will be deployed in Fiji for three weeks at the request of the Fijian Government and on advice from ANZMAT Bravo medical experts already in Fiji.
ANZMAT Charlie will join forces with counterparts from the Fijian Ministry of Health and Medical Services to support the critical care capability of Fiji’s frontline health workers and further boost medical systems to meet the challenges of Fiji’s COVID-19 outbreak.
