Larimer County Commissioners heard additional public comment Monday night in the long-running public debate over a proposed pipeline that would bring water owned by the city of Thornton from northern Larimer County to the city proper, with a decision expected, but stopped short of a decision, which is expected at the next and final hearing on Wednesday.
