New Delhi: If Tata Sons Chairman Emeritus Ratan Tata had not become the head of Tata Group, the industrialist would have been in a different profession altogether. The 83-year-old revealed that he would have gladly become an architect had he not helmed one of India’s biggest conglomerates.
However, Tata regrets that he was not able to practice as an architect for long. Tata emphasised that despite not being able to practice architecture, he gained directly from the sense of humanism that architecture renders.
