Thunder Bay teen honoured for saving father’s life with CPR Madeleine Caza, Grade 11 student at St. Patrick High School, Thunder Bay, ON, was presented with the ACT Rescuer Award during the school’s awards ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 1.
