Health Secretary Matt Hancock has since ruled out removing childcare and support bubbles during a recent Downing Street press briefing. Mr Hancock said: “I can rule out removing the bubbles that we have in place, the childcare bubbles and the support bubbles are very important and we are going to keep them.”
