Tony Collins' family say he had a 'heart of gold'


LOVED ones of a Greenock man allegedly murdered at a flat in Port Glasgow say they have been left devastated by his death.
The family of Anthony Collins have paid an emotional tribute to the 28-year-old, saying he had a 'heart of gold'.
Anthony, known as Tony, was discovered dead in a flat on Mackie Avenue on Sunday afternoon.
Two men have since been arrested by police and they appeared in court on Tuesday charged with murdering him.
Tony's relatives have now spoken for the first time since his body was discovered.
In a statement which was released through Police Scotland, Mr Collins' family said: "Tony was a much loved son, brother, uncle and friend.
