Toolkit Case: Delhi Court Asks Cops To Respond To Activist S

Shantanu Muluk was charged for alleged sedition over a "toolkit" on social media on farm protest
New Delhi:
A court in Delhi today sought response from the Delhi Police on the anticipatory bail application of Shantanu Muluk, who along with Disha Ravi is accused of sharing a "toolkit" on social media related to the farmers' protest.
Mr Muluk, along with Ms Ravi and another co-accused Nikita Jacob, was charged for alleged sedition and other charges.
Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana, who granted bail to Ms Ravi directed the police to file a reply to Shantanu Muluk's bail application and posted the matter for arguments tomorrow.
