Connor Henry, right, is escorted by New Castle police Cpl. Fred Buswell into the office of District Judge Jennifer L. Nicholson on Thursday to be arraigned on a charge of criminal homicide in the death of 19-year-old Amari Wise. Henry was returned to New Castle on Thursday from Ocean City, Maryland, where he had been arrested.
