Good news for fans of bicycles, racing, summer and Wisconsin. The Tour of America's Dairyland — the nation's largest multiday road bike racing series — is returning to Milwaukee area streets June 16-27. The 2020 tour was canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic. The tour will look a bit different this year, partly because of coronavirus safety precautions and partly because of the absence of a few popular stops. But Bill Koch, executive director for Tour of America's Dairyland, is "ecstatic" that the race is back. He said the number of racers in the event this year should exceed the number of racers in 2019.
