as well where it will be cooler, but further west we could see highs of 28 celsius across parts of scotland and northern ireland, somewhat cooler further south compared to the heat of the weekjust gone. some thunderstorms across central southern england and south wales this evening, they will fade but further thunderstorms pushing up from france across east anglia and south—east england later in the night. a lot of cloud for most, clearer skies the further west you are and another muggy night, particularly across central and southern parts of england. as we head into tomorrow, we still have this area of low pressure churning around, generating further thunderstorms and the main risk tomorrow will be through parts of east anglia, south—east england, the midlands and south wales. we could see a few developing perhaps across south—west scotland and northern ireland, but generally the more north—westerly you are, the better chance you have of having a dry day and some sunshine. still very warm, but notice how those temperatures are starting to come down, more like the mid to low 20 celsius across the southern half of the uk.
