be the end. so there's that possibility. we try to be as safety-conscious as we can be given the risks that we take. we're wearing floatation devices and we have jet skis and we're trying to be cautious about the waves that we choose. but it's the inherent nature, the danger of the sport. and no risk no reward. but consequences, yeah, they can be fatal. >> when you're out on a wave this size, what do you hear? i mean, is it a deafening roar or are you in a zone where you don't hear it crashing? >> no. i mean, the sound is great enough that you feel it. and i guess it's kind of like standing in front of a speaker at a concert. you feel the sound, not only do you hear it.
