this air data module then translates it into electronic impulses which then go to the flight control system. pilots kneneed to know how fast they're going. there have been numerous crashes with faulty peto tubes. and it could have also affected the angle of attack indicator. so this is really appalling behavior. what's really scary is he thought it through. you know, he got the super glue. he placed it in there. and the union thankfully has denounced his behavior, but this guy's in a lot of trouble. >> peter, especially in light of -- maybe i'm conflating two things. the boeing mess. this type of takeoff is when all of that information from the layman's perspective, this is critical information. and that's where this -- that seems just duly troubling.
