criminal investigation to see if there were any criminkricrimina violation, and they accepted. i asked for the justice department to be part of looking into the actions also, and the u.s. attorney william nettles agreed to that and the fbi and the civil rights division has initiated an investigation. it was started yesterday. they have already have it in full swing. we are fully cooperating with them to make sure that they have everything that they need. we took statements from the teacher and the administrator that was present. this the incident started with a very disruptive student in a class. the student was not allowing the teach er teacher to teach, and was not allowing the students to learn. she was very disruptive, and very disrespectful, and she started the whole instance with her actions.
