yes, that is problematic. you should include all the information that has been presented during the investigation. if witnesses came forward and said statements these other 11 made, that investigation should have been included. we attack the credibility of the claims made by the 11 women that have come forward. she spent a lot of time talking about bennett and boylan. she wouldn't say much about the state trooper involved, but there are nine other women. to suggest 20% of these claims may have some credibility issues, what about the other nine? she has every right to raise questions about the completeness of this report. if it lacks in some areas, absolutely, let's get that investigation out.
