given what you laid out with the potential for significant decomposition what are the challenges of determining whether it was an accident or if it was a homicide? >> if we -- let's assume there's complete skeletonization. may not be the case. because in a dry environment you can get a mummyification but blunt force trauma can be seen in bones. strangulation can be seen in damage to the hyoid bone in the neck so the coroner will still be able to determine a cause of death even if it's advanced decomposition. >> how long do you think this could take to find out more? >> the autopsy can be done in a matter of a few hours, a couple
