onshore flow. here is a picture out of jacksonville right now. waves are fairly big, but it is a very low tide right now. theways way out to see and this will change in a few hours when the waves increase and the low tide goes away and makes way for a high tide and winds at 60, gusting to 70 and we'll get a brand new update in 45 minutes to an hour from the hurricane center. there is the storm right now. it does have an eye as the hurricane hunter went through it last time and said the eye is 30 miles long, 20 miles wide, but getting smaller and getting stronger as the eye gets smaller and it's like the angular momentum of the ice skater and the more she brings her arms in, the faster she spins and that's what's going on with arthur and by thursday night right along the coast of north carolina. this will be the most dangerous time and it won't make landfall and if it does it will be somewhere through here and this entire area, this entire beach zone from myrtle all of the way
