where's the due process in that? >> the mayor is encouraged by the way the residents have been participating -- the way the community has participated peacefully with these demonstrations -- she calls that an important thing as they move forward in this investigation, for the community to remain as one or appear as one. these allegations that you're making today, aren't they divisive? >> the complement of the protesters have been peaceful. but some of the comments -- this isn't coming from a large portion of the crowd. some of the comments are putting someone in jail that haven't had their due process. >> but isn't this what you're doing right now? can it be construed as being divisive in a very already tense time in baltimore city? >> that was never my tension. that's why i compliment everybody that was involved.
