They are ratcheting up the pressure and rhetoric on north korea. I think we all know that if north korea keeps on with this reckless behavior, if the United States has to defend itself or allies in any way, north korea will be destroyed and we know that and none of us want that. None of us want war. We have to look at the fact that you are dealing with someone being recreckless, irresponsibl and continuing to give threats not only to the United States, but all of their allies. Something is going to have to be done. The president alluded to recent sanctions placed on the rogue nation and taking a swipe on the dictator in this tweet saying i spoke with president moon last night and asked him how rocket man is doing. I think we will see what he does mean when he talks about sovereignty. Part of it may be a messaging to the base and the president trying to actually do what we are all talking about here to use the un and format that it is supposed to be used. We will see what he means about sovereignty when he hear about the meetings with the ukrainian leader. Notably russias leader. Mr. Putin will not participate in the talks. Perhaps with afghanistan. It is important now that he is championing the reform to slightly modify the way he talked about the un to potentially embrace or get behind what the un can do in whatever terms he wants to catch that in. A 41yearold woman we are told has been taken into custody who we are told was mentally deranged rather than acting in the name of any particular cause who threw acid in the faces of women who were hospitalized and possibly having injuries to her eyes. A particularly horrible attack, but not terrorrelated. Whether or not these were specifically target said because they were american or why this deranged woman found herself this this state carrying acid. A lot of questions about this attack for the time being. There is four women we know were hospitalized and two were shot. Not a great deal else. The 41yearold woman who attacked them today. They want to know why she acted as she did. London police made a second arrest in connection with fridays train bombing. A 21yearold man. Police searched a house in a suburb west of london and a man remains in custody. The Terror Threat level has been downgraded from critical to see veer.
