We know that border officers will be on the front lines using laser thermometers. They simply hold up the thermometer to the forehead and get the reading of the temperature. The other layer to this is a cdc questionnaire with Detailed Health information. That is handed out to passengers the moments they get off the plane landing here in the United States. We also are hearing there will be a surge in personnel at the Major International airports. That will include the cdc as well as the u. S. Coast guard to coordinate all this and make sure the targeted passengers from the ebolaimpacted countries are getting screened and aggressive screening involving temperature taking and making sure they get those questionnaires. The officials at texas presbyterian say Thomas Eric Duncan was on dialysis and ventilator. He was on an experimental drug to treat ebola, but not until after a week at the hospital. That is later than the first ebola patients in the hospital. His fiancee released a statement. I trust a full examination will take plates regarding all as se expects of the care. In the end, i believe in a merciful god. At the urging of the public offici offici officials, his fiancee agreed to cremate his body. They believe air strikes and more of them, can slow down the isis advance, but the same problems for these kurdish fighters remain. They have limited resources and they are running out of places to fall back to. They are up against an adversary that is bigger in number and more sophisticated and more powerful fire power and is continually being resupplied from further positions behind.
