First of all, the president has repeatedly complained he has not been part of the process or allowed or have his attorneys allowed to be, but now he is laying this groundwork, one, he is at nato and cant here for part of it but framing it we dont want to legitimatize this hoax as and scam hes called it. Affiliate of grumbling and complaining he wants this to go forward and he wants to have his say, can he decline being involved in this and claim that he did nothing wrong .
