We do not want to see that happen in afghanistan. The reason we are in afghanistan is protect ourselves against having a place where al qaeda can train, as they did to attack us on 9 11. I think saying that we are going to pull these troops out, half of them in 2015 and all of them by 16 sends the wrong message. We do not have pilot sitting on the runway with fuel with ammunition to run different missions. We cannot afford to do that. We do not have that situation. We have learned from that experience.
