The United States department of Homeland Security and the fbi released a joint report which lays out how to better protect against cyberintrusions by russian intelligence agencies and separately, 35 Russian Diplomats have been expelled from the country and russian compounds in both maryland and new york will be closed as of noon tomorrow as a result of what the Obama Administration says is a response to russian harassment of u. S. Personnel in russia. So youve got the sanctions and then you got the 35 being kicked out.
