I was struck by how hillary doesnt seem to have the answer how to fight donald trump, not very different from marco rubio or jeb bushs attacks on donald trump. They are effective up to a point. Maria the hope is all this data will enable doctors to learn more and more and ultimately get to a cure. Terrific idea. Dagen how many institutions do you need to have in this network for it to be effective if you will . The more information makes the network more valuable. The more information the better but we dont want to let the perfect be the enemy of the good so at this point we have 100,000 patients in the system and that is enough to learn some remarkable things. So already we have doubled survival of stage iv Cancer Patients, a remarkable thing in a community setting, what we are going to be doing later this year is expanding the network to Additional Health systems throughout the country. As it stands this is already impacting patients across 11 states primarily on the west coast and at saturation we will reach 200,000 cancer cases per year. Maria there are certain cancers, we have had Better Success with in terms of finding a cure. Where are the areas that continue to be the hardest in terms of this battle . The biggest problem area is brain cancer. It is absolutely a priority to figure out the more rare tumor types where we havent been able as an industry to make a lot of progress but one of the key phenomena is learning through Precision Medicine that Breast Cancer is not just one disease but 50, 60, 70 molecular types of diseases so one of the key realizations of this Oncology Precision Network is even though we made Great Strides against Breast Cancer we need to pull together data to figure out how to make progress against your Breast Cancer because your Breast Cancer may be unique and different.
