A letter with that request had initially been circulated by christine pelosi, daughter of Democratic House minority leader nancy pelosi, and nine other electors. Now that number has grown to 40. It is an effort that is backed by john podesta who you know was the Campaign Chairman for Hillary Clinton and his private Gmail Account was the focus of the massive wikileaks hack. Quoting from him here the bipartisan electors letter raises very grave issues involving our National Security. Electors have a solemn responsibility under the constitution, and we support their efforts to have their questions addressed. Mr. Trump won the election with 306 Electoral College votes. Now, heres how the process works going from here on out. The actual lek terrors electors will cast those votes in all 50 states plus here in the district of columbia on monday. Then they officially become certified a few weeks from now, january 6th. Bottom line here, this is highly unlikely to amount to much, as 37 electors, pledged lek electors, those to mr. And so so theyre just grasping at straws, hoping to blame russia who they didnt think was a problem back in 2012. Now theyre the big problem. And you would think that trump was spending time in bed with putin. I dont think hes ever really met putin, i think. I could be mistaken. But, i mean, all of these things, its just confusing their, i mean, theyre threatening lives of people who are in the Electoral College. Thats a felony. Thats against the law. Doj isnt interested in even following up on that. There is so much stuff going on, and i think their ultimate purpose is to throw this to the congress to make them elect donald trump and mike pence, and then itll completely delegitimize the election. I think thats what theyre after. Liz i think youd agree, foreign interference is awful. It should never happen absolutely. Liz but, you know, its interesting senator john mccain said we were hacked back in 2008, his campaign was hacked, he says, by the russians back in 2008. The issue is do you think this will continue through the inauguration . I think itll probably continue through the entire presidency. But heres the thing i think donald trump should do. I think once he gets into office, he should elect or form a Blue Ribbon Group to go after and look at this and track it down and find out how they did this and who did it. I mean, theres some people are saying the nsa did it and left russian footprints behind to completely mislead. Theres all kinds of conspiracy theories out there. No one seems to really know anything, but everybodys acting like its a big story, and it is. And if were being hacked, and we are, were hacking russia, look, weve got a lot of bad players. Theres china, theres north korea, theres iran, theres russia, theyre all playing around with us, theyre all trying to hack us. So, yeah, i think that donald trump ought to have a blue rib bonn commissioning to go after these things, because apparently the governments not able to do it. Liz yeah. What do you think, good sign of things to come . Well, its certainly i think its a sign of hope. I think its certainly a sign of hope on the part of Small Business and on business in general. I think that they understand that regulations will be done away with, a lot of these things will be done away with on the first day in office and over the period of four years. Excuse me. I think that they know that taxes are going to be cut, that things are going to be brought more into a reality basis were finally going to have a president who is in charm of government in charge of government, who will make an environment that is conducive for us to do business for a change. And my response is the following Hillary Clinton lost this election because she ran a bad campaign. She was smug about her chances of victory. The russians didnt tell her to set up a private server, didnt tell her to call half of America Racist and deplorable, and the russians didnt tell her to avoid the rust belt. Well, i think that donald trump as president elect is certainly rewriting the rules here, and i think what hes trying to do overall is to put look, he is taking a populist, unconventional approach to this. I dont think long term its a good idea to shame company out loud because it can mess with the markets and drive down stock prices and cost jobs, but hes really sending a message to congress that he wants to put forth reforms and that he is going to be on the side of the american people. And if they follow him, were going to actually have a revitalized economy, because theres a lot of tricky dealing going out there. And trump told you at the end of the day he was going to be on the side of the people while he was trying to reboot the Economic Growth in this country. Liz ibm saying 25,000 jobs.
