abreast of what the ukrainians were doing with regard to investigations or lack there of. is that true? >> all i know from ambassador sondland is what he testified during his deposition that i attended. i asked questions, heard his answers. he provided an addendum. i would have a follow-up question. he said that he had a presumption in his addendum. where did he get that from if the president of the united states firsthand information told you there was no quid pro quo and he didn't want anything? there will be new questions i would gather that might get asked on wednesday. we'll see what he has to say. >> bill: you said an addendum. he changed his testimony. will that be a problem for him? >> he will have to answer the question regards to saying he had a presumption that is inconsistent with what he not only previously testified to but also directly contradictory to what the president told him.
