A member of the Public Defenders Office has a relative that was a part of this terrorist incident on saturday, the Public Defenders Office said they couldnt represent james fields. In addition to the state charges which fields faces which include Second Degree murder, three counts of Malicious Wounding and one count of hitandrun, the feds are ramping up pressure on him, hiring an army of lawyers to basically throw the book at mr.
