It says that yes, the memo said that there were some politically highly motivated people who were behind this. It says that republican judges supported this. It says that the controversial dossier was not the only piece of information. At the same time, they are also questioning on the other side. They did not say that the clinton or clinton and the dnc had a role in this. Could the fbi have been more clear about that . Should they have been more clear about those kind of things . What security measures were in place that potentially were not followed . How did this individual get access to the building where they have locked doors, with a living doors open . And we have civil lawsuits, and any and everyone that could be a possible defendant. You do not want to leave anyone out. I think the school being sued, the Sheriffs Department, the superintendent, the School District, there are so many possible defendants. But in the case of the officers i am sure they will say they were acting within the scope of their employment it was not a personal thing. They will go more so after the actual department. And now you have 74 state lawmakers in florida calling for the sheriff, scott israel to step down. Does this impact legal liability for the sheriff himself . Again, he will probably be identified. You will not go after the individual as kisha pointed out. You will name that as defendants but however, the unions will have attorneys and they will go after the county itself or the Sheriffs Department. For the purpose of that. However, again, the calls were some of this for him to step down to resign you will see mounting pressure. And this is why. Think about the number of times the Sheriff Department was called in respect to this individual. Potentially with these tips. He was a threat. The only way would have been prevented from doing that is the background check would have been a felony on his record work domestic conviction. And i believe that he and the School Resource officer that ultimately resigned will strengthen the cases for civil liability and with the families. Because it shows something clearly was wrong. Someone dropped the ball. Where else might the legal liability trail lead . Again, the question is background checks. Did they do everything . It appears as if they did legally. You do see lawsuits going after the gun manufacturers, going after gunshots in a manner in which this is conducted.
