Heres what youre waking up to. Lets see, it is 4 00 a. M. In phoenix and youre 88 degrees. You get a sense of that and today going up to incredibly high temperatures. Precipitation wise not that bad. Well see some more rain across parts of florida, severe storms across far Northern Areas of north dakota. But nothing thats all that bad precipitation wise. High pressure is moving in. Phoenix, 120. 120. Thats incredibly hot. 116 in tucson. 94 in flagstaff. All of those cities are
potentially going to be breaking all time records. The highest temp ever in phoenix was 122. I lived there at that time. That was a big deal. You think, hey, it gets across hot across the southwest. Youre used to 108, 112, 120 is a different ballpark, its a dangerous time. It cools down a bit midweek, but overall the pattern is going to keep temperatures well above average. 92 in fargo, 93 in kansas city. 91 in chicago. You get the idea it is really hot.
