Here he is in a big rally in ohio just a short time ago. I have had occasions where we had rallies and it was so incredibly violent i said whats going on over here . These were paid people by the Clinton Campaign. And it just came out. I give a lot of credit to the people that brought this out. Believe me. [cheers and applause] this is criminal behavior that violates centuries of tradition of peaceful democratic elections. A Campaign Like clintons that will incite violence is truly a campaign that will do anything to win. And the candidate like crooked Hillary Clinton who will lie to congress, lie to the fbi, destroy 33,000 emails, put her office up for sale, and put our confidential information in the reach of our enemies is a candidate who is truly capable of anything. Including voter fraud. In addition, it was just learned that Hillary Clinton was given the exact questions to a previous debate. Word for word by done donna brazil who is now under tremendous pressure to resign from the dnc, as she should be. She should resign. As you can see the campaign hasnt cooled down any overnight. Scott jennings political analysis for the george w. White house for a long time. He joins us live tonight from louisville, kentucky. Its great to see you. We have got a new cnn poll out on this. One poll of last nights debate asking people who do you think who won . Not clear how scientific it is but it locks like Hillary Clinton won by 13 points. Do you think thats a valid measure and how exactly is it measured . Well, they did two snap polls last night, the cnn poll and u gov also did online panel last night thats scientific both found that clinton won. If you look at the cnn data she is winning all three debates by smaller margins each time. We saw the same thing happen in the republican primary. Er time there was a debate it appeared that donald trump was Getting Better at the debate and, therefore, his numbers were going up. What they do is they interview people who watched the debate. Registered voters who watched the debate and they asked them who would won. Interestingly inside the you gov survey which showed clinton won the debate by about 10 points they did ask a ballot question. And clinton only led trump 47 to 43 among people who watched the debate. We have see later this week on more national polling. It looks like even though she won the debate she still may be seeing trump pick up a little bit of support coming out of it. Interesting. So if you break down the poll further and you get to the issues, you find that on almost every issue with the exception of Foreign Policy where hillary leads pretty significantly either trump is ahead or they are tied. So, if he is winning on most of the issues, but she appears to have won the debate, it suggests that people are really awarding her the victory on style points. Yes. Style points, you might also look at the factors on temperament and judgment and qualifications to be president. This has been an issue where trump has struggled. People believe trump on trade. People believe trump on the economy in some surveys you lock at. And so you are right. On the issues trump is very competitive, but, of course, running for president has two parts, issue mastery and also do you have the temperament and judgment and competence to be president. Thats where clinton has really been Holding Trump down in almost all the national surveys. She has a wide lead on those marks and that has continued after the debate. Over the next two weeks trump needs to do a better job of showing better temperament and judgment than try to repair those numbers. Yeah. Clearly really matters to a lot of people. If you break down the issues on the question of abortion debated early in the debate last night. 29 of americans under gallop people think it should be legal. Clearly underminings. All the polls suggest trump is in real trouble at this point. I wonder if they are taking into account groups of people who are motivate to voted this cycle who havent in the past. Do you think they are weighting correctly for those groups. Different surveys have different methodology. Some cases just asking are you likely to vote some cases rare cases use voter files determine by vote history to determine if someone is likely to vote. We have seen the Trump Campaign enjoy enthusiasm advantage. That eroded to some degree in october. I talk to do a republican source in ohio today who tells me they dont think Hillary Clinton is doing quite as well as obama did in the absentee and early Voting Period that started about a week ago. They think about this time in 2012 obama had a 2 to 1 advantage. This time democrats have a 3 to 2 advantage. Still up but not by the same amount. They are using that maybe to look at the possibility that at least in ohio the Clinton Campaign doesnt quite have the energy or organization and, of course, in the polling that came out today on ohio, we see it tied up at 45 . Thats a state that remains vexing for the Clinton Campaign and of course trump is there having a big rally. Yeah. And a mustwin obviously for the Trump Campaign. Scott, thanks a lot for joining us. We appreciate it. Yes. Thank you. Just hours after the 2016 debated donald trump and Hillary Clinton will be in the same room once again. Thats tonight. And the two candidates will sit at the very same table at the alfred e. Smith dinner famous dinner in new york city and get to watch them roast each other here on fox news. Jennifer griffin is live outside that event waldorf astoria. Whats it like . Tucker, in fact, we will be inside that event later tonight. We have learned that Hillary Clinton and donald trump will be seated with just one person separating them tonight. And that is the archbishop of new york. No one better to do so. But they will be in very close proximity after that heated debate last night. The alfred e. Smith dinner is a age oold tradition of siflted in a political season that has been anything but. If you look back at past dinners, in fact, it was named for the new york governor alfred smith who was the first catholic nominated to run for president if past dinners are the models for this years white ty event being held as you mentioned at the waldorf astoria. The candidates will deliver remarks poking fun at themselves. The hope as in past years the speeches and socializing among political rivals lowers the temperatures in this incendiary election which the president has compared to dontes inferno. Here is what occurred before the election in 2012. With or without all the dignitaries that are here the Al Smith Dinner surely lives up to its billing. Usually when i get invited to gatherings like this its usually to be the did he go sis nateed driver. Earlier today i went shopping at some stores in midtown. I understand governor romney went shopping for some stores in midtown. [ laughter ] what makes this year different is that an embarrassing leak of emails between clintons top aides jen and john podesta both catholics which showed the campaign speaking of catholics in divisive manner. Called the churches a middle ages dictatorship and bastardation pal palmieri said she didnt recognize the email which she blamed on russian attack. Timothy dollan who will be seating between the two candidates tonight called for clinton and her campaign to apologize for being, quote, extraordinarily patronizing and insulting to catholics. That public apology has yet to come. It will be very interesting to see what the mood is inside the dinner tonight. Again, tucker, we will be inside and bring you all the latest. Pack to you. Just to clarify, mid evil dictatorship not a compliment. Are trump and secretary clinton going to be seated next to each other and will they interact at all, do you know . Well, they will just have cardinal dollan separating them. But they will be at the same table. And i think it will be very difficult for them not to interact. And it is going to be, given the heated things that were said last night during the debate a said by donald trump during his rally today in ohio, it is going to be as one organizers said to me it might take a divine intervention but they are hoping for the best tonight. It may take one. I wish i was there. Thanks a lot, jennifer. I appreciate it. Well, donald trump has made immigration, of course, the corner stone of his run for the white house. During last nights debate we saw the glaring differences between his immigration policy and Hillary Clintons plans for our borders. Watch. When it comes to the wall that donald talks about building, he went to mexico. He had a meeting with the mexican president. Didnt even raise it. He choked. And then got into a twitter war because the mexican president said we are not pay for that wall. First of all, i had a very good meeting with the president of mexico, very nice man. We will be doing very much better with mexico on trade deals, believe me. The nafta deal signed by her husband is one of the worst deals made of any kind signed by anybody. Its a disaster. Hillary clinton wanted the wall. Hillary clinton fought for the wall. In 2006 or thereabouts. Now, she never gets anything done so naturally the wall wasnt built. But Hillary Clinton wanted the wall. Our nightly Political Panel is here Susan Ferrechio of the Washington Examiner and Molly Hemingway of the federalist. Great to see you both. First of all, molly when the two candidates speak about immigration secretary clinton speaks about the effects of the policies on immigrants and their families and why it would be bad for them and makes a fair case. When trump speaks of immigration he talks about the effect of immigration on american citizens that seems like a striking distance. A different way of looking at a perspective. Do you recognize that . It is striking difference and really came out last night during the debate. I think Chris Wallace asked very good yeses and raised expectations now the ministry candidates should be talking about policy. Immigration is clearly a strong point poor donald trump. He had auto good hit there he was actually right on that. She did vote for Border Security act of 2006, which would have had a 700mile fence and is he right that she voted for it. It didnt happen. So he also hit her when Chris Wallace asked her about the secret speech she gave to the Brazilian Bank where she she wanted a hemisphere without borders. She tried to evade answering that question. Again, there is a concern. This is the divide that we have. Do we care about Border Security . Shaping our immigration policy . Is this just a bleeding heart issue where you are concerned about the worlds refugees or whatnot . Its a good distinction to highlight. Whose welfare do we care about most americans or people from other countries. Season, asked about open borders and open markets. She said that really applied to energy. Okay. Have you ever heard anybody from the Clinton Campaign or the Democratic Party explain what the idea level of immigration into the United States might be ever . First of all that answer was incredible. Incredible. What was she talking about. She said that the energy grid . Energy flowing . I thought they must be hooting and hollering there the democrats in the back room thats a great one. It was so funny and nobody followed up on it, incredible. The imforeign relation policy that the democrats have is one where they are trying to walk the fine line. They like to avoid the term of amnesty because thats become pretty toxic for everybody. But they talk about, you know, pathway to citizenship or Border Security with a way to deal humanely what Hillary Clinton has done said donald trump wants to round up families and deport them. That kind of tactic, i think, has worked to make donald trump seem like some, you know, he has got some very really awful ideas about how to deal with 11 million plus people here illegally. Thats been her defense. When it comes down to getting to brass tacks and what too we do about Immigration Reform, Neither Party has a workable solution. Neither party has a solution that the two sides are going to agree on and make it become law. Thats been the disaster of Immigration Reform over the past decade. I suspect that it will continue under Hillary Clinton administration if she wins. It will be done by executive order for sure. Molly as much as it can. Trump had fine debate but kind of blew himself up in the second half with his answer about accepting the legitimacy of the election outcome. You had a really interesting line today. I just want to read it back to you. You said, quote, this is a good example of how pundits take him literally but not seriously. When voters take him seriously but not literally. What do you mean by that . This is kind of an under its the message of his entire campaign that the elites have rigged systems, whether thats the economy, the government, the media. He talks about rigging all the time as do people on the other side of the aisle. They think this is a populist message that resonates very women our media and punditry they tend to be hyperliteral whenever he says anything and thats what happened last night when he said he would wait and see about the election. They flipped out. They freaked out. Ened a i think that its not a health were thing when they pretend that they dont understand what he means or they make such a big teal out of something, particularly on a week when we have a little bit from undercover journalists about democratic operatives seemingly admitting to vote rigging ceems. Voter intimidation efforts when were not that far out from the 2,000 election and 8 coming years when people kept saying george w. Bush wasnt elected but selected. All this is kind of ridiculous. Susan, the moment that i thought was kind of pivotal was when donald trump said look im not going to get specific im going to keep new suspense. Probably not a huge market for uncertainty in american politics. People are kind of nervous already. I wonder why he wouldnt come out today and say you know, i was speaking figuratively. I was joking around naturally. As long as there is no voter fraud im good to go. I thought today he said well im going to accept the results if i win, government the whole Campaign Rally excited and that was it. Later on he made references to the 2,000 al gore and george bush what if they made a pled three weeks before the election they will accept the results . Thats the kind of answer he should have gave last night. I was wondering what on earth does he mean . In case is there is a need for recount or even if it looks decisive i will question whether there was fraud. I wasnt sure what he meant. It opened the door for the criticism that came out and totally took away from any positives he might have gotten out of debate performance. Again, he does this often in the debates. If he gave a more thought out answers where democrats have questioned campaign results. But instead this is what happened. It was like a tease for tv show. Weed will keep you in suspense but ha ha ha the answer. Of course. Molly, get we will get back to you later in the show. New information in the quid pro quo scandal. And it a scandal stemming from the wikileaks email dump. You probably didnt read about it in the paper. Fox news correspondent Catherine Herridge is here with details and its amazing. Catherine, what is this about . Thank you, tucker, this 2012 email about suspects in the beangs terrorist attack is at the heart of back room deal allegations against a Senior State Department executive. This is a significant document because the same email also kick started the fbi probe in to secretary clintons use of a personal server for government business as well as the miss handling of classified information. The november 18, 2012 email with the subject line forward fyi reports of arrest, possible beangs connection contains classified information with the b 1 markings, entire sections of this email are redacted citing Confidential Sources as well as foreign and Law Enforcement activities. Highly redacted fbi interview summaries known as 302s note that Patrick Kennedy a trusted lieutenant to secretary clinton wanted to deep 6 the beangs email and apply a classification code that would allow him to archive it in the state department basement. In exchange the fbi would get coveted spot for it agencies oversee. As you know in the end north happened. The fbi cast stout on the competency as well as the accuracy of the fbi interviews. Is it the States Department position that the fbi interviews contains significant errors . I dont think we would say that, catherine. I think, look, those are those were interviews with officials. Those 302s are just that they are notes actually, they are notes from interviews. They are not facts, they are not conclusions, they are not investigative work. Why was Patrick Kennedy working so hard to bury this email . Again, im not going i cant speak for recollections here in an interview. Republican lawmakers believe kennedy was going to the matt over the beangs email to blunt the fbi case and to also reduce the number of classified emails. Its going to take months to try to untangle this, but when you have the fbi themselves say that there was a quid pro quo negotiation that was going to going going on to ma
